I'm not sure how widely it's being discussed as I'm an avid reader of this forum and click on the Amex forum every once in a while and can't recall seeing a claim of this sort. Even today, I'm skimming the Amex forum and have gotten to to page 3 and don't see anything saying AA will be terminating their relationship with Amex.
