Sure, but you don't get the prorated discount based on your status with the Citi card. You can select AA as your choice airline for the fee credit and recoup $200 of the $300 membership fee as an EXP if the Admirals Club access benefit goes away. You effectively get the Admirals Club membership for $100 per year - or less if you get one of the discounts.
