Just got the offer in the mail and got a bit excited, thinking I might replace my Plat Card with it. But the $450 annual fee kills it. I'll never have the $40000 annual spend required to get the 10k EQM, and when you factor in the $200 airline credit from Amex, the actual cost of the Plat is $250 annually.

I would take a second look at this card if they lowered the annual fee to $200 or so.
