I really wouldn't worry about your hand written ticket. I just finished a 28 segment RTW that was hand written by AA RTW desk. Only problem I had was a QF contract agent in AKL who was handling the CX AKL-HKG flight not understanding why the time wasn't written in 24 hour clock time rather than AM/PM!

So long as the ticket coupons are legible, you shouldn't have any problems. I found it sped up the check in process if I handed the ticket to the agent opened to the coupon for the flight I was taking. No point in giving them more to look at than necessary.
