In other words, Delta will not (now take the restrictive meaning) waive the fee for checked baggage for E/E+ members. IF you are entitled a bag, you'll get 10/20 kg extra. If you are not entitled a bag, you will get nothing, no matter what's your status.

Maybe I am paranoid : Skyteam being the best and most generous FFP program ever, why should I be worried ?
