How do you think the TSA will handle airport security at the political conventions?
I was reminded of this on two occasions:

- My wife tells me that the TPA Marriott is being renovated to make it look nice and pretty for the 2012 Republican National Convention. (She found this out when making reservations for work travel.)

- During a layover in CLT yesterday, a large sign in the center area reminded me that the 2012 Democratic National Convention will be in Charlotte.

My bet: during these two respective conventions, the pornoscanners at the respective airports will be roped off, and all pax will be sent through the WTMDs.

Just a thought. Anyone care to comment?
