Should be okay as long as your first flight is on time. MSP is basically one big loop. You can get pretty much anywhere you need to go in 10-15 minutes, as long as you don't get lost, but it will be tight. Given that your first flight is Delta Connection, I would still try to be as close to the front of the plane as possible because your chances of delays are higher and it will save you valuable minutes.

I don't recall what the MCT is at MSP, it's either 30 or 40 minutes.
