Not listening to the front line is always a mistake IMHO. It is interesting that on the last 3 sectors, in CW, the CSD has come specifically and asked for verbal feedback - and me a lowly silver. I have had the survey form too on the last two sectors. But the CSD has, in each case, mainly been asking about food quality. Coincidence? I hope not. Today it was pretty embarrassing as the food on the return out of China was truly awful, as was the disorganised crew/passenger loading (loads of pax having to be moved around). The previous trip (as per a separate thread I started) it was a pleasure to give my feedback - while the food was just OK, the staff were fantastic.
I hope this is a sign the industrial strife is behind us, the staff are gearing themselves up again and beginning to feel motivated once more and FVDP's starting to ask difficult questions.
