People "call" things all the time by "not" calling them. How many DOCUMENTED cases of Shena around here have we had in the past few months? But now every time someone does not get an upgrade they think they were screwed out of it. May I repeat one more time... More planes than ever are packed.. There are mx issues... There are irrops... And in the past couple of years there seem to be burgeoning numbers of Medallions. There are many reasons people don't get upgraded... And Shena is at the rock bottom of the list. But nobody wants to accept that.
