Absolutely. Use the "my dates are flexible" option when searching and you will be able to choose coach or business for each direction. Or call and a rep will be able to do this for you.
Another reason a rep will be necessary to accomplish this ticket - The "My dates are flexible" option disappears when you select "Multi-city", which you will need to do for an open jaw.
