AKL? Where is that?

Options: Berlin (TXL) to Chicago (ORD). How can I do it? I can get IN via BCN on IB, but how in the devil do I get out? I know BA has tons of Associated Airlines you can use when you get their OWE, but if I am on Cathay stock can I do the same? Quoted from their page:
