Given the frequent need to email LANPASS, the response time for replies, maybe makes a little more sense now... they must deal with a zillion queries...

Also I suspect that queries where they are clearly wrong and responsible end up NOT getting a reply from the back office unless you persist with a follow up email.
I screwed up - I started a new thread when I should have posted here. Check out the new "LANPASS efficiency in action" thread that I just opened up for my newest wait - three emails since March 2011 and just yesterday I received a response, telling me my problem will be solved within 30 days (!). And that's to the elite email address!
