Now I know that MF is different, but what are the current levels and rankings for crew from joiner to CSD and how long does it take to get to CSD?

Are there job roles after CSD - managing CSDs in a ground role. Are CC allowed to transition to managerial, ground only roles, or is the fact that they have been trained to fly mean they are seen as too valuable in that role to ever be allowed a ground only role.
