Did a forum search on "mead" and did not see this. The guy who runs a meadery on the south side of Chicago keeps beehives, and some of them are on top of the Marriott Mag Mile. Here is his website:

I went to a tasting last night, and he makes some excellent stuff. My favorites were the cranberry and bourbon-barrel-aged varieties.
