As far as OWE rules are concerned, a stopover is anything over 24hours. Doesn't matter if you are there 20 min or 23 hours and 59 minutes.

A single flight number is a single segment. You can even look at the ground if you want. For that matter, if they let you, you can even go out and touch it...
