I have an iPad and a Kindle too, and although I have the Kindle app on my iPad I almost never use it as my eyes start to hurt after about 20-30 minutes !

I am always very wary of buying a product that is clearly dead-end technology. If you know what you're doing and the limitations are apparent then great, but generally my advice to most people is to steer clear !
