The gate holder person there tells you that this isn't the line after looking at my printed out BP. When you ask to use the general line because there's no one there, they proceed to get annoyed and tell you firmly that the Elite line is the line I have to be in. Then when you throw a fit, they threaten to call security if I don't go to that line.

To be fair, I don't think they are CO employees but still.... arg.
