Perhaps I should start a business. I buy your tickets for you (seeing as I live in Canada), then courier them to you for a nice low fee of $39.95 or 10,000 AA miles. Of course, you send me a certified cheque for the ticket and I get to charge it to my mileage-earning credit card.
