Another vote for CX.
The new F on LH is nice, much nicer than the old seats, but CX is even better. Wider seats (only 3 across in a 777 vs. 4 across in the (somewhat narrower A330/340/380.
Since the LH CAN flight has no F you need to connect somewhere in Asia. Depending where in the CAN area your final destination is you could also consider taking a train or ferry from Hong Kong.
