So if your ML run is to log number of segments, it looks fine, but if you need a minimum amount of AP miles, don't count much from these two segments for low fares.
It's part of an SFO trip so it will T+. You can rarely buy T on US to Canada and if it was T it would be for the whole trip, not just the Canadian legs. Oh and segments don't count toward status on a T fare either.
