I am due to fly longhaul in a month’s time on TK in business class with my wife. I have been trying to reserve seats – we would like adjacent seats by a window. I have called up on a weekly basis and been told that the system hasn’t opened up the seat map. However, the past two calls I was told that because we are flying on a (BD) redemption ticket we will not be able to reserve seats and have to take pot-luck at the airport. This doesn’t seem right – has anyone else had this issue?
