If given a choice between Bulgari and the Beach House at The Legian, I would choose The Legian. The views from Bulgari open living room could be stunning, but the design of the room is just not great.

A little warning on beach-side hotels in Seminyak. Weekend nights could be extremely loud because of party noise from nearby beach clubs.
