Thanks for the advice all. We're looking more closely at the Stratford upon Avon and Marlowe locations - both look potentially interesting. Winchester seemed to not be as quaint as either Marlowe or Stratford upon Avon, which was the main thing knocking that out.

Will report back after the trip!
