I have done this flight dozens of times in economy class and have usually been able to get the seat next to me as well as my own seat. Often I even got the whole row to myself, which was better than any exit row seat on the planes used on this route. Because of that, I slept better than I would otherwise have. It helps to have SkyTeam ElitePlus status.
Good to know that there have been plenty of survivors on this flight.
Hoping very hard that it would be an empty flight but I definitely doubt the possibility on this one. Hoping that KLM would issue my ticket soon so I can work on those Y-Comfort seats or Y-extra legroom seats.
I'm sure the SkyTeam ElitePlus status helps. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with their competitor. *G which I just received and hoping to maximise on my next long-haul at the end of the year.
