I have sent 3 emails, the first one was a complaint, I got a response about 6 weeks later
Second one was a question about the accumulation of kms in LANpass, they sent me a postcard after about 4 weeks to tell me they were thinking about it. Then I got an email response about 6 weeks after that which failed to answer the original question
Third email was 8 days ago, got an autoresponder immediately with a case number, I have heard nothing more since
