FO may not be the brightest star in the elite universe but I wouldn't be pleased with this response from the GA. If the OP was #1 on the UG list and someone else got the UG instead, I sure would like to know why.

Maybe those who moved up were higher medallions, maybe all of them were named sheena, maybe something else, but it is not unreasonable that the GA provide a brief explanation. If it was me, DL could keep the miles if they would just explain what happened.
