65 minutes should be fine. SCL is a pretty efficient airport, and they generally won't give a hassle. Just make sure to stop at the reciprocity booth first, to the right before immigration.

The domestic terminal isn't seperate, it is on the other side. You will have to exit immigration, go upstairs, and it is on the right hand side of the ticket counters.
