It can get busy in SCL in the mornings when lots of US flights arrive, you will also need to pay the $50/$60 or whatever it is reciprocity fee before going through immigration. The airport is pretty small though (they were expanding it the last time I was there) and it's an easy walk to the domestic terminal. 65 miniutes should be doable.
