Where are you planning on stopping? I got scarred when I realized your trip could be done without leaving any airport except for 1 night in HKG!!! All the flights you propose seem to connect nicely (under a few hours) to the next flight. Is that what you are planning?

The few changes I would suggest that would not impact a "RTW without Hotels" would be to switch BKK to SIN as another poster suggested. You would have to fly QF from SIN - HKG to make the HKG - AKL flight but it works nicely.

I would also change your NA segments to YVR-JFK-HKG on the front and LHR-LAX-DFW-ANC-DFW-SMF on the back. The added cost to get to YVR is more than made up by the discount to start in Canada.
