I was assaulted one time somewhere over the English Channel on my way home to London. Smacked in the back of the head by a man who had violence and anger-management problems and didn't like the fact that seats recline.

It took a LOT of self-restraint not to thump him but I wasn't about to get in a fist-fight on a plane.
