I must admit these rules are very easy to read and provide a great guide to the beginner. However, they are about 6 months old. The current rules in effect have additional USA transcon cities, the new OZ trans con rule, and a different list of African countries that permit 2 entries into Europe in transit. The best online resource for the relatively current rules continues to be FewMiles site.

On the plus side the new rules allow us to use some added BA carriers in Africa and TWA.
