It was a quite unpleasant experience standing in T1 at 9pm in the evening looking forward to a flight in Y somewhere in the back of an cramped aircraft. I have been through a lot of ups and downs (more of the downs) with KL in the recent years so I was not really surprised. So I try to avoid flying KL on Long-Hauls.
