Depends on the aircraft. It's tolerable though not pleasant on the new seats in the 777s, but inhuman on the older, thicker-backed seats in the 747s. It seems yours is the 777, so tolerable. The 737s are nasty - but it's a very short flight.

(I'm 6' 4" and fairly long in the upper leg, which is about the worst shape for airline seating)
