I just finished your questionnaire. I have to agree with the previous poster, the terminology is very confusing and too repetitive.
You ought to rethink your questionnaire structure and methodology. For example, I have no idea what you mean by 'self-service boarding', do you mean that my BP is scanned by a machine and then I am given access to the boarding tunnel? If so, you should make this clear. At first I thought like the previous poster, are you trying to determine whether an airline employee held my hand and escorted me to my seat.
Also, I do not understand some of the criteria you are seeking to highlight or distinguish. What is the relevance of "entertaining or enjoyable"? What is the distinction between "flexible", "controllable", "efficient", and "reliable"? They all seem highly correlated. What you you mean by "use is more beneficial"? I don't think anyone really cares too much about work placements.
It would be helpful if you had some definitions to these.
