Look...any one of the things I pointed out would have been no big deal, probably. They all just came together especially with the luggage problem at the end...our flight came in first so our luggage should have come down first. I don't see how anybody can question that!
I doubt AA has a single baggage crew that unloads planes one at a time. Looks like you may have gotten the B Team to unload yours.
