Just a data point: I was on hold for an agent to try to reserve an award for over 2 hours yesterday.
I then had to hang up...this was after I got disconnected from being on hold for 30 mins, so no result at all.
This is in stark contrast to United, where I get to speak to someone in max 10 mins...
