Thank you Phudnik, that is exactly what I was looking for, only 55 minutes in MUC so no time for lounges there, but now that I think about it what about EWR just in case it doesn't take 2:25 to clear immigration? Does my first class used status get me anywhere-I am Continental short haul coach the rest of the way.
First class arrival will get you lounge access on your CO flight from EWR only if you are Star Gold. If not, you dont get access.
(not sure if LH offers arrival shower facilities at EWR for F-pax....I doubt it, but always good to ask).
If possible, take an earlier flight to MUC, and enjoy the FC-lounge/terminal there.
