On Friday, I hit my BIS miles to reach PM this year. This is a first for me as the highest I have held previously is GM. The biggest benefit to me is going to be the extended window for UGs. I am flying LAX-ATL-LAX this week. I have already gotten the UG for tonight's flight.

DL.dumb already shows the miles applied from Friday, but still shows me as GM. So, how long is it going to take them to recognize my new status? And, do I need to call them to update my current reservations with my new status? The reason I ask is that I know when I returned to travel a couple of years ago and made FO again, I had to call DL to ensure that I received my free checked bags on existing reservations.
