I don't follow. The various amendments we're talking about (specifically the 1st, 4th, and 5th) have nothing to do with any of those things. They merely restrict what the government can do. Nowhere does it give an exception that allows the government to do those things for others legally within our borders. The question of whether people
illegally in our borders have those rights is a much more complex one.
