Well, you will have a problem with HNL-AKL. The only option, bearing in mind that you cannot go back to US mainland, is HNL-SYD-AKL, and QF is the OW carrier that does those sectors, and they only do it three days a week (Sun, Tue, Fri as floight QF4 HNL-SYD) and they use a 747-200 aircraft which only has 2 classes (J and Y).
Sorry to bring dissappointing news, but while the 747-200 (and 300's for that matter) remain in the fleet, they will tend to be used on the shorter hops like HNL-SYD and they lost the F seats years ago. F is only offered on the QF 747-400 aircraft now.
But the flight is not all that long, and QF J is not a bad product, even on the -200 with the old J seats. Although it was possibly better when they used to fly daily with a 767-300 and you had a good chace of the new J seats.
That said, if you do it on Feb 10th or 12th (or 19th according to the schedule, but I wouldn't trust that), there is a good chance of getting a last ride on a classic beast, the QF 747-SP

VH-EAA before the old girl is retired

. Still only 2 class though.
