I understand having minor capacity control on the cert but many people book vacations more than 90 days out. If the OP is just trying to book some random Saturday night stay then they should honor it regardless of how far out he is booking. If he is trying to use it at the FS NY during New Years Eve or the FS Vegas during a major convention, etc. then I understand what the property is saying.
