Stayed here in feb 11, im an RA also, upgrade to a sea view room was all I got.

Its a huge hotel, with A Macys built in, and a Jimmy Buffetts Margeritaville restaurant which i thought was ok but is quite popular.

Its an average hotel, I stayed here two nights didnt really like it then moved to the Royal Hawaiian for the rest of my stay.
