The only real reason to "fly" in Primera is to be able to sit together and not have to get to the terminal as early. The "benefits" are (1) you have a departure lounge. You get a free coffee and a medialuna. If you want anything more you pay.
(2) Your boarding is a lot easier
(3) You will probably get a welcome glass of bubbles and a cookie. If you want anything more, you pay. They will get you food from the cafeteria line, but you pay.

Overall, if you get to the terminal really early and can get on board early and choose your seating (if you are a bit later, you will not have much choice of seats), the "F cabin" is a waste of $. I took "Y" to Colonia, but "F" on BUE/MVD.
