Any idea how much the train costs in USD. On a Helsinki site I saw a 144,00 price for a first class seat but was not sure in what currency. If Finnish it is under 440 and that seemed cheap.
1. If you are flying to LED in early July consider spending a day in KBP or WAW. Poland and Ukraine will host Euro 2012 and this is a great event to experience.

2. I believe first class single on Allegro (this is a high speed rail link connecting St. Pete and Helsinki) is around EUR 180 (USD 260). This might go up next summer, but I don't believe prices will increase twofold.
