Disclaimer: I'm from a EU member nation in Northern Europe.

Worst: The US in general, MIA, IAD and JFK in descending order of uselessness.
Bad: LHR, SVO and LED. All staffed by self-appointed Kings of The Stamp. I've been very close to doing a 180 in LHR and just get the the hell out of there.
Poor: Any place in sub-Saharan Africa. Nothing a few Euros neatly tucked away inside the passport can't fix though.

Easiest: Any Schengen country - no passport check at all.
Best: GVA, ZRH or BSL. No questions asked, quick glace at (EU) passport and you're through. Customs check non-existent the 20+ times I've been there.
Good: Any place in SE Asia apart from China.
Good/Bad: TLV, but only because of my position and the fact I'm met and guided through the process. Doing it solo is a long and painful ordeal.
