At the top of the stairs there is a glass panel door which cannot be opened from the outside and sets off the alarms if opened as an evacuation route fro the terrace. The same exists at the south end for the CR and First lounge terraces. When T5 first opened these could be opened and were not alarmed. I think it was highlighted on here back then too.....
