Got the TravelPro Walkabout Lite 3 22" after reading very positive reviews (despite having a bad TP experience three bags ago, and thus had gone the CostCo route since then.)

What a piece of poop. I should have known by the prominent, "Made in China" declaration on the box.

Literally, on its first trip to the airport, while putting it up on the xray belt, the silver-colored part on the left side of the handle fell off, without being hit/struck. I would have been furious had this been a $20 bag off the clearance aisle somewhere, let alone a $100+ bag.

I've already contacted the vendor to get a refund. Stay away from TP products nowadays, they are completely terrible now in both of my experiences, though you would not know that for the price charged.

As stated elsewhere, TP 22" products don't fit vertically into most Boeing/Embraer aircraft, IME, which makes you a "bin hog," and I detest those people and couldn't stand to be one myself. My Delsey 22" did fit, FWIW...
