UA's system works for us. Every once in a while, it misses from our home phone, but a call back fixes that. Of course, if you have Caller ID blocking on your phone, it will never work...

Here's a useful tip. You never have to speak - when it asks for your name, just enter your zip code. (I'm not sure how this works for non-U.S. addresses, though.)
