regarding africa:
2 PERMITTED IN EUROPE TO/FROM/VIA
GHANA/NIGERIA. 1 MUST BE A TRANSIT WITHOUT STOPOVER BETWEEN GHANA/
NIGERIA AND ANOTHER CONTINENT.
this will make the africa trip a bit eaasier.
e.g.
JNB-europe-asia-americas-lhr-acc/los-(surface to LUN/Windhoek/HRE/CPT)-JNB
(or the reverse direction)
on itn a one-way from acc-jnb is $500 in coach, i assume there are better deals out there? also it seems there is no flight between other comair ports to these western african cities
