I've stayed there before too. I really like the property. The exercise facility is inviting, which is one of the top 3 things that I care about in a property.

This place reminds me of the Visalia Marriott (yes, I know this is the Hilton thread). Even know you are in a less than desirable location (Manteca/Visalia), you walk through the doors of these two properties and it's like you are in a really nice place somewhere else in the world!

Neither Manteca or Visalia are "bad" per se, just not what anyone would consider a destination area for a vacation!
